Sour Apple Killer is an evenly balanced hybrid strain （50% indica/50% sativa） created through crossing the delicious NBK X Sunset Sherbet X Sour Apple strains. Love a great sour apple taste? This bud brings it to a whole new level, with a super sour candy apple flavor that leaves your lips puckering. The aroma is just as tangy, with a sour apple overtone that’s accented by sharp zesty lemon and light spices. Almost as soon as you experience your first heavy exhale, a sense of lifted happiness will wash over you.
You’ll feel your mood elevate while a permeating feeling of calm works its way through both mind and body, leaving you feeling blissfully still yet not completely sedated. The sedation does come later as the high starts to fade, causing you to doze off into a long and peaceful sleep. With these effects and its high 14-29% average THC level, Sour Apple Killer is often chosen to treat conditions such as chronic stress or anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, muscle spasms or cramps and depression. This bud has small popcorn-shaped forest green nugs with lots of bright orange hairs, vivid purple undertones and a coating of frosty amber crystal trichomes.
Papi Marijuancho SOUR APPLE KILLER
After much anticipation, we have finally acquired some Jungle Boys weed. You hear a lot about this company, and you gotta ask yourself, “Is it legit, or is it just hype? Am I gonna be in outer space? Will I finally look like Sarah?” With date night jazz on Spotify playing in the background and a new year around the corner, we loaded up the ol’ bong and lit up. When exhaling, I was hit with the immediate and forceful taste of a tart apple. To be specific, a Fuji Apple. Or maybe a ripe watermelon. It was a pleasant taste.
As for what sort of food would pair well with Sour Killer Apple, I would say a good, juicy, medium-rare steak. With a drizzling of some steak sauce. And actually, this chocolate cake I’m eating currently ain’t so bad either. Specifically, a slice of Porto’s famed chocolate cake. I would say this hybrid gives you a good, clean body high. A lot of mental clarity, only start to get fogged up once you do a bit too much. I’m not sure what drinks would go with this, there are none that strike me at the moment. Maybe a nice, cold Coca Cola.
Overall, this was some quality weed. But you do have to ask yourself if it is worth $60, when top shelf stuff from other distributors can be as low as $30-$35 for an eighth. The answer to that question will depend on you, but if you do elect to get some, you will have a good time. Two thumbs up.

I was curious about Jungle Boys for a minute. My family used to pass by their dispensary and wondered what the long lines were about. Well, mama and papa, your daughter is getting into the hype.
We went to the dispensary during a particularly bad surge in COVID. The staff did a good job in keeping people six feet apart and encouraging the use of hand sanitizers. We picked up two strains and headed home to try them out.
This was such a good strain to smoke. It reminded me of the first time I got high. Good times. We smoke the strain off of the bong. At first, I got chicken teriyaki vibes from the smoke flavor. The dark soy sauce would go well with the sweet smoke taste of the strain. For desert, some apple pie or an apple cider would be nice. Perfect to kick back with a blanket and shield yourself from the winter.
Sour Apple Killer is a great strain for the cold. You will feel your body relax but your mind stays relatively unclouded. I enjoyed smoking this and listening to some jazz music along with bossa nova.
